Someone's about to get it! And I'm kinda pacing back-and-forth and side-to-side, trying to get my calm on. The real productivity killer is when a team doesnt know what theyre doing, or whos responsible for it. The more people that learn the process properly, the less youll find misinformation seeping into the commonly accepted ways to get work done. I have the great execution skill, very dependable and always delivers on time. The aim should be to produce First time correct. as a correction measure is a waste. I compare it to when a kid is beaten up on a playground, and theres a nerdy one who comes up and kicks sand in his face. so currently i document most things in google docs and the big processes important to the business that need structure go in process st. hopefully the doc feature will be there soon.
